Trademore has set out a methodical approach aimed at achieving our purpose. We have a system of dividing our operations. The practice of the business is divided into operational groups, depending on the type and nature of a project. The projects are assigned to an operational group to which it is treated on its own merit.
Each operational group contains some degree of internal operational automating that is capable of handling and accomplishing projects independently. The group will then be responsible for creating its professional procedures and requirements of the individual project. In some cases, the services of an associate consult are required, allowing the group to have a desirable degree of lateral interaction and communication associates for the execution of the project.
A project manager is assigned to head the project team. This team is then responsible for the overall project performance from inception to completion.
The above approach provides us with clear sense of vision and values to the client as well to ensure that the firm focuses on activities and goals that consistent with the overall execution of the project.
